• To identify primary community
concerns and initiate creative approaches to resolve them
• To promote solutions that address the causes of community
problems, with emphasis on supporting the underserved and
disadvantaged
• To encourage innovative projects that favor collaborative
approaches to unmet needs
• To respect individual concerns in seeking community
solutions
• To assist the Orphan’s Court of Bucks County
in distributing the funds of no longer functioning charitable
organizations
• To provide a site for temporary pass-through funds
when unexpected disasters create situations where public
charitable donations are needed
